It invites independent filmmakers to participate in the 1st . International Short Film Festival of Animation The Tribe (FICALT), organized by the program Va ... and Retro FM La Tribu 88.7 . The work has to be after 2008 and the techniques used may be varied: traditional animation, stop motion, rotoscoping, etc. Will be announced shortly the terms and conditions of the festival, as well as the names of jurors, the deadline for submission of material and the dates on which held the event, which is scheduled for the second half 2011.
